Last day, and a rush to find the Painted Ladies! (Nov 2017)

It was my last day in San Fran and I really wanted to visit the famous row of Painted Ladies, also known as the seven sisters, which is one of the most photographed places in San Francisco. These beautifully painted Victorian houses in Alamo Square have appeared in many films, including Invasion of the Body Snatchers and Full House. The houses are backed by stunning downtown skyscrapers and opposite the houses is a grassy square where you can sit and admire the view for as long as you wish. These iconic houses are inhabited and have been owned by some famous people over the years. There is apparently one tour company that will allow you to step inside one of the houses and take a look around.
